I have extensive experience providing Social Services within skilled nursing and long-term care setting. My work has included psychosocial assessment, care planning, behavioral health coordination, discharge planning, resident and family support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and navigating the practical demands of facility-based Social Services department.

Training and consultation emphasize practical application. My goal is to help Social Services professionals understand not only what needs to be done, but how to manage the work effectively in the realities of a skilled nursing facility environment.
